The Meal Maker Express attachment is used for slicing and shredding a variety of vegetables, fruits, meats and cheeses in just seconds. The Meal Mixer Express attachment is used for a variety of functions including mixing, blending, chopping, mincing, ice crushing, etc. at bullet speeds. The Juicer Express Attachment can be used for juicing all types of fruits and vegetables. Juice whole fruits and vegetables in seconds. You can even juice full wedges of watermelon, rind and all, with it's powerful 400 Watt motor! The Motor Base is the common mechanism that powers the other components. The Safety Clamps on the Motor Base hold the other components safely in place during operation. Meal Maker Attachment The Meal Maker Express attachment uses a slicer/shredder disc blade for slicing and shredding a variety of vegetables, fruits, meats and cheeses in just seconds. To slice, place the slicer/shredder disc blade, direction up (Figure 1A) in the Meal Maker attachment. To shred, place the slicer/shredder disc blade, direction down (Figure 1B) in the Meal Maker attachment. Once you have the desired blade, place food in the Meal Maker attachment in the feeder tube with the small food pusher and the food will be shredded or sliced and fall into the bowl.

Meal Mixer Attachment The Meal Mixer Express attachment uses a chopper/mixer (split level) blade and a flat blade which can be used for a variety of functions including mixing, blending, chopping, mincing, ice crushing, etc. at bullet speeds. To chop or mix food, place the chopper/mixer (split level) blade in the Meal Mixer attachment. For crushing or doughing, place the flat blade in the Meal Mixer attachment. Once you have the desired blade in the Meal Mixer attachment, place the food in the Meal Mixer bowl and start processing the food.
Juicer Attachment The Juicer Express attachment is great for making delicious and healthy juices from natural fruits and vegetables. In addition, the attachment can make a variety of purees for soups, sauces, salad dressings and tasty desserts. To starting juicing, simply place the Juicer Express Attachment on the Motor Base and the Pulp Container securely under the Juicer Cover outlet. With the Feed Tube Pusher, push the vegetables in the feed tube and press the "LOW" On button to start juicing.
